By registering for or attending any Collectible Con event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Event Information
Event details (including dates, venue, programming, and vendors) are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Registration Policy
- General admission to the Seoul edition is free of charge
- Registration does not guarantee entry; admission may be limited on a first-come, first-served basis once venue capacity is reached
- Registrations may not be resold or transferred without prior approval
3. Entry & Conduct
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse entry or remove any attendee for misconduct
- Conduct security checks
- Enforce safety and capacity regulations
Prohibited behavior includes harassment, illegal activities, and disruptive conduct.
4. Collectibles & Vendor Disclaimer
Collectible Con may host third-party vendors selling trading cards, collectibles, and related items.
- We do not guarantee authenticity, grading, or value of any items sold
- All transactions between attendees and vendors are strictly private
- Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence
- We are not liable for disputes, misrepresentation, or losses arising from vendor transactions
5. Personal Property & Risk
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including high-value collectibles. We are not liable for:
- Theft
- Loss
- Damage
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collectible Con shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Personal injury
- Financial loss arising from event participation
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Venue issues
8. Media & Photography Release
By attending, you consent to:
- Photography, video recording, and media capture
- Use of your likeness for marketing and promotional purposes
Notices regarding filming will be posted at the venue. If you appear identifiably in published material and wish to have it removed, contact us at [email protected].
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
